Rome was filled with so many beautiful sights it was hard to keep from photographing everything I saw but one thing that stood out in particular was the number of stunning doorways I came across while roaming the streets. Some were dripping in ivy while others were made of beautiful wood panels.
If I had to choose a favourite it would have to be The Temple of Romulus. The bronze doors are the originals from the 4th century and are set between two porphyry columns.
